ABOUT US

Next Stop Canada is home to two online pre-arrival programs delivered by the YMCA of Greater Toronto funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). These programs offer free online services and support to those who have received approval from IRCC to come to Canada.

Next Stop Canada prepares you for immigration by providing you with meaningful personalized settlement information about Canada. With this knowledge you will be able to make more informed decisions prior to your arrival. We are dedicated to helping you adapt and integrate into Canadian society.

Next Stop Canada acknowledges that the land our office is sitting on is the traditional territory of numerous Indigenous nations, notably the Anishinaabe Nations (primarily the Mississaugas of the Credit), the Haudenosaunee, and the Huron-Wendat. This land holds profound historical and cultural significance for Indigenous peoples, who have nurtured and safeguarded it for thousands of years. We recognize the enduring bond between Indigenous communities and this territory and honour their invaluable contributions across generations.
