Embracing Diversity: Narratives of Belonging from Waterloo Region’s Ethnocultural Communities
Celebrate the diversity that makes Waterloo Region unique. Meet new people, immerse yourself in different cultures, and connect with local ethnocultural organizations.
Enjoy an evening to build relationships, share stories, and create a more welcoming Waterloo Region for all. Everyone is welcome!
5:00 – 8:00 p.m. – Meet and greet with ethnocultural organizations
5:45 p.m. – Formal welcome & Indigenous opening
6:15 – 7:30 p.m. – Human Library, and so much more!
Snacks & children’s activities provided. Interpretation offered in multiple languages!
