Or are you looking for support to evaluate your newcomer programs and services? \nThis workshop will provide participants: \n\nA step-by-step introduction to inclusive research design – from formulating research questions to conducting surveys or interviews with newcomers and immigrants\nIdentify key things to think about when conducting research and evaluation with newcomers\, such as translation/interpretation services and accessibility\nProvide data sources on newcomer and immigration that can complement your research project\n\nThe day will feature presentations from representatives from Ontario Tech’s Social Research Centre and Statistics Canada. \nThis project is part of the Durham Community Evaluation Research Program (DCERP)\, a project funded by Immigration\, Refugees\, and Citizenship Canada and delivered by the Region of Durham Local Immigration Partnership and Ontario Tech University.
