Migration Stress, Wellness and Coping Strategies

Moving to start a new life can be stressful and affect your health & well-being. You could be feeling stress for many reasons, like finding a job or housing, family concerns, and other issues related to moving to a new country. This webinar will overview migration stress and common mental health conditions. We will discuss barriers to accessing help, explore coping strategies and discuss how to deal with emotions. In the end, we will talk about the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health’s (CAMH) new beginning clinic and have a brief review of available resources.
