Provide full administrative support in calendar management; Schedule meetings, conference calls and events. Prepare and
submit expense reports. Coordinate cost effective domestic and international travel.
1 year of experience as a Receptionist.
Welcome and direct visitors appropriately. Answer telephone calls. Order office supplies and track inventory. Assist with
meeting room set-up and clean up. Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning etc.
2 years’ experience
Answer phones and direct calls. Book meeting rooms for various events. Make catering arrangements. Send global courier
packages (Canada, U.S. and UK and Asia). Assist with general administrative duties.
5 years’ experience
Troubleshoot any issues, including IT, and in the absence of your executive, take on additional responsibilities, which include
but are not limited to: Calendar and travel management. Manage incoming and outgoing communications. Deliver executive
level assistance including preparing documents. Participate and manage special events. Assist with project management.
